By using Velkio, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you buy a membership, the Subscription Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Velkio does not require a username, password, or sign-in. Your works, coins, and settings are stored on your device. You can use Restore on a new device to refresh membership where supported, without creating a Velkio login.
Velkio turns photos you choose into styled images and short video previews. Results are creative artwork, not official ID or medical records. You pick a photo, choose a style, confirm the coin cost, then save or share through your device.
Velkio uses its own AI only. We do not use third-party AI services. Your photos are not sent to outside AI companies. Processing needs internet only when you tap Generate.
We do not collect facial recognition data, face templates, or biometric face information. We do not identify you from your face, build a face database, or use your face for login or ads. If a photo shows a person, the face is styled as part of the image only—not stored to recognize you later.
Use only photos you have permission to edit. You are responsible for what you share outside the app. Velkio does not post to social networks for you; sharing uses your device's share sheet.
Coins pay for generations in the app. The cost is shown before you confirm. Coins are not cash and cannot be transferred to other users. Coin packs and memberships are sold through in-app purchase. Membership may include bonus coins as shown at purchase; unless the app clearly says otherwise, each generation can still use coins.
Failed paid jobs follow the refund rules shown in the app. You can manage subscriptions in the app or in your device subscription settings.
You own your source photos. You may use outputs as allowed by your rights in the original photos. Velkio's app, templates, and branding stay ours. You may not copy or resell the app itself.
Results depend on your photo, style, and network. We try to keep the app working; outages may delay generation. We do not switch to third-party AI when there are delays. You may uninstall anytime. We may block abuse of the service.
