This applies when you buy an auto-renewing membership in Velkio. It works with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. No Velkio account is required; billing is through in-app purchase on your device.
Membership does not change privacy rules. We still do not collect facial recognition data or biometric face information. We do not use third-party AI services. Generations use Velkio's own AI only.
You are charged through your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. The plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Price, length, and included coins are shown in the app before you pay.
Cancel in the app or in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You can use Restore on a new device to refresh membership status.
Membership may add coins to your balance as shown at purchase. Each generation may still cost coins unless the purchase screen clearly says otherwise. Check the coin amount on the creation screen before you tap Generate. Leftover coins may still be used after membership ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple through your purchase history. We cannot refund charges directly. For help, contact Apple support or email us below with your receipt details.
