This policy explains how Velkio handles your information. You do not need an account, sign-in, or email to use the app. Velkio does not use third-party AI services.
We do not ask for a username or password. Works, coin balance, and preferences stay on your device. Purchases use Apple's in-app purchase; we only get what is needed to deliver coins or membership. We do not store your card number in the app.
We do not collect facial recognition data, face templates, or biometric identifiers. We do not build a face library, match faces, or sell face data. A face in your photo is only part of the image for styling. We do not use your photos to train face-recognition systems.
Velkio stores your saved works, coin balance, membership status, and app settings on your device. We do not upload your whole photo library in the background. We only access photos you pick or take. We do not scan your library to find or label faces.
When you tap Generate, the photo you chose and your style settings are sent through Velkio's own AI pipeline only. We do not send photos to third-party AI services. We do not extract facial features to identify you. The result is saved on your device unless you delete it. We do not keep your photo for unrelated future use.
Payments go through the App Store. We receive product and transaction info to credit coins or show membership—not your full card details. When you share or save, you use your device's tools. Velkio does not auto-post to social media.
You can delete works, clear cache in Settings, or uninstall the app to remove local data. If you do not start a new generation, nothing new is sent for processing.
